Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice tvorby ERP systému na platformě .NET Framework s využitím Microsoft technologií. Jednotlivé kapitoly seznámí čtenáře s analýzou, návrhem a implementací vlastního ERP systému. Čtenář bude podrobněji seznámen se zařazením a komponentami ERP systému, moderními vývojovými technologiemi a nástroji, příkladem návrhu modulů a funkcí ERP systému včetně implementace a nasazení aplikace ERP systému.This thesis focuses on the issues while creating the ERP system on the .NET Framework platform using Microsoft technologies. Individual chapters introduce readers to the analysis, design and implementation of the ERP system. The reader is informed about the ERP system's categorization and components, modern development technologies and tools, an example of modules and functions design including implementation and deployment of ERP system's application.

Performance Evaluation of Pension Funds Using Time Series

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou penzijních fondů v České republice. Za pomoci statistických nástrojů, časových řad a regresní analýzy, hodnotí výkonnost jednotlivých penzijních fondů. Na základě výsledků výkonnosti penzijních fondů nastiňuje možnosti budoucího zhodnocení vložených prostředků.The bachelor thesis deals with pension funds in the Czech Republic. The thesis evaluates the performance of individual pension funds with the help of statistical tools, time series and regression analysis. Based on the results of the performance of pension funds this thesis shows options for the future appreciation of invested funds.

Analysis of the Multiplex Market Using Statistical Methods

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu trhu multikin v České republice. Za pomoci statistických nástrojů, časových řad, regresní analýzy a regulačních diagramů, hodnotí výkonnost vybraného multikina. Na základě výsledků analýzy posuzuje současný stav a nastiňuje možnosti budoucího vývoje.The thesis is focused on the analysis of the multiplex cinema market in the Czech Republic. The thesis evaluates the performance of selected multiplex with the help of statistical tools, time series, regression analysis and control charts. The current state is reviewed on the basis of results of the analysis and outlines the possible future development.

The Investment Models in an Environment of Capital Markets

Diplomová práce pojednává o modelech investičních strategií na kapitálových trzích. Na základě rešerše prostředí finančních trhů, analýzy dostupných finančních produktů a za pomoci podpůrných informačních prostředků, jsou vypracovány a nasimulovány tři rozdílné investiční strategie – riziková dynamická strategie, střední vyvážená strategie a stabilní konzervativní strategie. Výstupem práce je investiční dotazník, který slouží k výběru vhodné investiční strategie, a tři modely investičních strategií včetně zhodnocení. Samotné vyhodnocení investičního dotazníku probíhá pomocí fuzzy logiky.This thesis deals with models of investment strategies in an environment of capital markets. Based on the research environment of financial markets, analysis of available financial products and the help of supporting information resources, there are developed and simulated three different investment strategies – risk dynamic strategy, medium balanced strategy and a stable conservative strategy. The output of work is an investment questionnaire, which is used to select appropriate investment strategies, and three models of investment strategies, including evaluation. Investment evaluation itself is performed by fuzzy logic.

Impaired Deoxyribonuclease I Activity in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Background and Aims. Deoxyribonuclease I (DNaseI) is an endonuclease that facilitates chromatin breakdown and promotes susceptibility to autoimmune disorders. The aim of current study was to investigate serum DNase I activity in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Patients and Methods. A cohort of 110 IBD patients was evaluated, aged 35 ± 12 years, 77 with Crohn's disease (CD) and 33 with ulcerative colitis (UC). 50 SLE patients and 50 healthy blood donors were examined as control groups. Results. DNase I activity in IBD patients was significantly lower than in healthy individuals, but higher than in SLE patients (P < .0001). Patients with UC showed higher DNase I activity than CD patients, P = .21. DNase I activity in female patients with IBD was significantly lower than in males, P = .024; however, no differences in DNase I activity were found in relation to gender in healthy individuals. DNase I activity has shown a strong negative correlation with the serum concentration of anti-nucleosomal antibodies in the autoimmune (SLE + IBD) cohort, as well as in the separate IBD cohort. Conclusions. Reduced serum DNase I activity probably has pathogenetic consequences in IBD. Induction of autoantibodies towards nucleosomes could be a reflection of impaired DNase I activity

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout změny zlepšení systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti LEGO Production s.r.o. na základě zhodnocení současného stavu systému hodnocení zaměstnanců a teoretických poznatků. LEGO Production s.r.o. je součástí společnosti The LEGO Group, což je jeden z největších výrobců hraček na světě. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.
